What it is
Chapter 2 of Kingdom of Numeria. After saving the Number Three, the Number Knights are sent into the Numberwood, where roads loop back on themselves, signposts stop making sense, and a sneaky shadow creature called a Hushling has been quietly moving things out of order. Number order becomes the actual plot here, with encounters the child solves as part of the story rather than a separate exercise.
Best for
Families who've played The Missing Three and are ready for the next chapter (kids can reuse the same character), or anyone starting fresh with a sequencing-focused session. Works for 1 to 4 kids plus one adult, including solo play.
What the Game Master should know
This chapter runs on the same rules as Chapter 1: no reading required from the kids, wrong answers turn into gentle complications instead of dead ends, and the matching printable challenge sheets supply the visual puzzle for each scene. Plan for 60–90 minutes, or split the session after Scene 3 or 4 for younger groups. See Tabletop RPGs for Kids for the full series rundown.
